Birds in the Saguaro- Matted Print

I had so much fun stamping musical notes onto a painting called Singing Saguaros, that in this second piece in the “Songs of the Desert” series, I stamped musical notes AND birds right onto the saguaros. The stamping process involves carving shapes onto a linoleum block, applying paint to the block, then pressing it onto the canvas.
